Progettazione, realizzazione e produzione componenti in plastica.

PRODUCTION

Maximum attention to the level of processing and customer services.

Our core business is the production of components made from traditional plastics with maximum focus on the level of processing and customer services. In particular we work with polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon and ABS but we also handle engineering plastics using different technologies to achieve maximum results in terms of quality and precision.
.

Gas Assisted Injection Moulding

The use of this technology involves the co-injection of pure nitrogen into the plastic material to create a hollow workpiece. The result is a highly resistant and light component because plastic is only distributed onto the surface of the mould.

Benefits:

  • No material shrinkage;
  • Dimensional stability and planarity of an exceptionally high level;
  • Extremely rapid cooling cycles;
  • Lighter objects;
  • Lower energy consumption (approx. 30% savings for each cycle).

Insert moulding

Plastic insert injection moulding is the process which aims to create a finished product made up of different melted plastics and, in some cases, with other incorporated materials. Thanks to the use of injection presses which are mechanically and micrometrically highly efficient, we can carry out metal-plastic insert moulding (plastic moulding with different materials), incorporating any kind of metal in a plastic solid.

In particular we can take care of:

  • Metal-plastic injection insert moulding;
  • Insertion of plastic objects inside other plastic accessories;
  • Plastic casting over objects with other types of plastics;
  • Joining two plastic objects;
  • Joining different alloys to plastics;
  • Multicolour insert moulding;
  • Multicomponent insert moulding.

Bi-component moulding

The classical production technique which involves the injection of two different plastic components in the same mould. This procedure is used to combine numerous colours or materials in a single mould, creating solutions of great aesthetic impact, high precision and maximum functionality. Finally, this technique makes it possible to avoid assembly and mounting operations, thus speeding up the entire production process.
